Returns Details
- We make returns easy. If you've had a change of heart, we're happy to accept returns on full-priced items for a store credit, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags, shoe boxes, and hygiene seals intact. Please take care when trying on items, as we're unable to accept anything showing signs of wear, makeup, stains, odours, pet hair, or fragrance. Any item that appears to have been used or altered will be declined and sent back to you.
Please note that final sale and sample items are not eligible for return or exchange.
We reserve the right to limit or decline future orders if we identify unusual return patterns or evidence that items have been used for content creation purposes.
Exchanges
Because our pieces are limited in availability, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, simply place a new order and follow our returns process for the original item. Once you've purchased the replacement, reach out to our support team and we'll refund your original order.
Return Shipping
Once you've completed your return online, you'll be presented with available shipping options — these are recommendations only and are not required. If you prefer to arrange your own postage, your return address will be provided after your return is submitted online.
We strongly recommend using a trackable service and keeping your proof of postage, as we're unable to issue a credit for parcels that don't reach us. Items remain your responsibility until they arrive back with us — we cannot refund items lost in transit.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense and are non-refundable.

- International: We recommend standard tracked shipping through your local post office.
Conditions & Exceptions
Swimwear & Intimates
Please wear undergarments when trying on these items. Returns will only be accepted with tags and hygiene strips intact and undisturbed. Any sign of wear or tampering will result in the return being declined.
Final Sale & Samples
These items cannot be returned under any circumstances. If returned despite this policy, they will be sent back to you at your cost.
Discounted Items
Items bought during promotional events are not eligible for return. This excludes sign-up discount offers.
Promotional Items
Full-priced items purchased during a sale or with an applied discount code (e.g. Black Friday, Boxing Day) are eligible for store credit only.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Bundles
All items in a bundle must be returned together to be eligible for a refund.
Faulty, Incorrect, or Missing Items
We're sorry if something isn't right with your order. If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our team at support@koleha.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Faults must be reported within a reasonable timeframe of delivery — claims submitted long after receipt may not be eligible. All returned items are assessed by us to determine whether a fault is present. Items that have already been worn are not considered faulty.
If something appears to be missing from your order, please get in touch at support@koleha.com right away and hold onto all original packaging, as our team may need it.
Processing Times
We aim to process returns daily, but please allow up to 3 business days from when your parcel is received. Once your items have passed our quality review, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs and any return handling fees). You'll be notified by email once your return has been processed.
If your order was paid using a gift card or store credit, your refund will be issued as a new gift card or store credit code.

A Note on Returned Items
Please double-check everything before sending a parcel back to us. Any items that were not purchased from us may be disposed of without notice.
I haven't received my item, how can I receive a refund?
Once your item is sent, please keep a close eye on your shipment tracking for all updates. If the shipment is delayed or showing issues with delivery it's best to reach out to the courier directly as the you'll have more insight to requesting updates with the shipment. Feel free to reach out if you're stuck, however couriers typically request us to have the customer communicate with them directly. If the item still is not received, the courier may offer reimbursement options

Kini exchanges are a sticky situation! Yes, you can exchange items for a credit note – unless the product is marked ‘Sale’ and is not accepted for exchange or refund for change of mind (subject to the Australian Consumer Law). Please ensure that items are tried on over your own underwear & hygiene liner kept intact. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done as it needs to be re-sellable. Exchanges for a store credit are accepted within 14 days of you receiving the item. Return shipping costs to be paid by the customer. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Koleha will not be processed. Please allow 4 business days for a credit note to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by us.
